A manually operated sample collection tool was created to test product consistency of thin rubber sheeting.
Exact specifications and precision alignment were critical to ensure accurate testing could occur. The press tool takes samples, which are collected in a specimen drawer. This tool consists of the following:
- 12 Punches
- Die Plate
- Stripper Plate
- Guide bushes and pillars
